ABOUT THE WINE

Appellation | Saint Émilion Grand Cru

Grape |  90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc

Ageing | 30% of the wine is in barrels for 14-15 months 

Tasting Notes | Well structured wine with a smoothness from the Merlot showing a deep red colour. Notes of cherry and a hint of raspberry with the tannins starting to soften

Pairing | Steak, lamb or juicy duck breast or some strong cheeses

Drinking | Drinking now till 2025

ABOUT THE CHÂTEAU


The vineyards of Chateau Queyron Pindefleurs are located at the foot of the southern hillsides of the medieval city of Saint-Emilion. Since 1937 the Fillon family has cultivated this exceptional terroir with passion and pride to produce wines that are rich, elegant and harmonious.  In 2010 Peter and Chantelle moved from Australia to take over the family business.
