Tasting Notes | Very deep colour, limpid and brilliant carmine red.
The nose is complex mixing red fruits (crushed strawberries), and vanilla.
The attack on the palate is silky harmonious.

Pairing | Most grilled meat. Duck dishes with rich sauces.
