Appellation | Saint Emilion

 Grape | 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc

Tasting Notes | Very deep colour, limpid and brilliant cherry red. On aeration the nose reveals black fruits and slightly toasted notes. The attack
on the palate it is silky with an elegant and fine evolution. The mouth is
long and smooth.

Pairing | This is a light wine. Ideal as an apperative with light cheeses. 

Ideal drinking | 2020-2028. Open just 30 minutes befofe serving.
