Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, dependant on your location and will be added to your subscription or wine store purchases at check out (and on going monthly subscriptions).
Costs will include shipping fee and any government applied taxes.
GST/VAT is applicable to EU, UK and Southern Hemisphere. No GST is applicable for the USA.
Wine Subscriptions Deliveries
Your Oui Cellar wine case aims to be delivered by the 20th of the quarterly month (December 2020, March, June, September and December 2021).
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Quarterly payments are taken on your original purchase date. To view full cancellation policy click here.
Online Store Deliveries
Cases from the online store will be shipped as soon as you make your purchase, no matter what date or time of year.

Essentially world wide – minus a few places here and there!
We are currently shipping to France, UK, EU, and the USA. Should your location not be available you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
Our Southern Hemisphere friends, sit tight! We can absolutely deliver to you now we currently working through the getting the best shipping and tax rates so we can ship to you in 2021. Stay tuned, Oui Cellar is on it's way.
